Pencil Drawing – Art by Anthony

Anthony is hobby artist, who sometimes finds time to relax and put pencil (not pen as it is easier to erase) to paper. Anthony started pencil drawing about 6 years ago and learn to draw at the small town of Schlucksee in the Black Forest of Germany.

Starting out as usual with a pencil, paper and the inspiration and beauty of the Black Forest.

As with most people, Still Life formed the first tentative steps to the world of drawing and crative expression, to the left being my first attempt at drawing. Surprisingly I was amazed at this attempt at drawing, though i do recall, it took many hours.

With this inspiration at drawing in pencil , progress onto other sunjects and even tentatively attempted using colored pencils, however I found this to be rather difficult and returned to pencil and charcoal and have since stayed with pencil and charcoal skteching.
