MyHotArt.com.au is not for the resell of art or prints, it is intended for artists and buyers

Yes, if for any reason you need to cancel your Membership all you need to do is send us an email one month prior to the end of your current membership period. Your account will automatically be closed at the end of the month.

How do I get paid?

As you are the owner of the subdomain, you (the artist / hand crafter) will be paid directly by customer, through the available online payment methods available with your membership package.

MyHotArt takes no part in the transaction and takes no fees from the sale of your items.

How are sales processed?

You (the Artist/Hand crafter) are solely responsible that all transactions are completed quickly and efficiently. Sales are processed within your own subdomain, with online payment security provided through services such as paypal, should you choose paypal or another payment service, MyHotArt.com.au is not liable for any loss to either the artist or customer. MyHotArt.com.au is a hosting service and takes no part in the transaction. The Payment methods available are dependant on the membership package chosen. Security(SSL) is provided by the online payment system chosen(eg paypal)

What about Shipping Costs?

The Artist/handcrafter (You) will need to enter a specific amount for shipping your item, if you choose to have the buyer pay for the shipping. This amount should be enough to cover a shipment of your craft for the continental Australia. You can include options and instructions for the buyer in your item’s description if you want to provide different shipping costs and methods. You may also to choose to offer free shipping. Mention this in the desripition area of your item to help your buyer confirm that shipping is free of charge.
