Business Agreement

In order to list items on MyHotArt.com.au, you must agree to our terms of service. Please read this entire page and then submit the form at the bottom of the page. If you have any questions please send an email to iOnline Contact form.

Communication

You must check your email for new orders at least once every 3 or 4 days and provide a phone number. Don’t lose an order because you missed an email! If you are going to be away on vacation or unable to check your email for a week or more, please inlcude a autorespond vacation message.

Responsibility

MyHotArt.com.au is a third party hosting service, and as such takes no part in the transaction between the Handcrafter (You) and your Customers, the default payment service with MyhHotArt.com.au is paypal which is configured . You are fully responsible for the products you sell and customer satisfaction. If a customer has problems or complaints they may be given your email address so that they may contact you directly. More then 4 complaints in a 6 month period could result in suspension or removal of your account.

Agreement Modifications

These terms may be modified at any time by MyHotArt.com.au. You will be notified of any modifications 72 hours before they come into effect.
