Suppliers of goods

Myhotart is a community of artists and hardcrafts, who run and operate their own websites at myhotart, as such we are able to help the crafters keep their prices low and competitive

As Myhotart is a diverse community, then some artists may be in remote locations and as such the supply of good may take longer than you will experience with good delivered within one of the major cities. Myhotart strongly recommends to that you talk to the artist to discuss delivery times and other matters relating to the sale of the art and hadcrafted items
Delivery of goods

Art and handcrafted items ordered through one of myhotart artisans will normally be shipped whenever possible within three working days of receiving the order and completion of payment. NOTE : some payments systems may take upto a week to clear before the artisan has access to the funds (example include echeque with paypal)

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to request insurance when they feel there is a need to be covered against the loss of the art/ handcrafted item. Where Insurance is not requested by the purchaser then My Hot Art and the Artist are not liable for the loss of the art or for the monetary value of the lost art / handcrafted item. We will endeavor to help trace the item and offer assistance in locating the item.

The time taken for goods to arrive will depend on the location of both the customer and the supplier of art works, the size and weight of the order and the method of shipping. Shipments from remote areas to destinations outside major population centres may take longer than three weeks.

Shipments may require confirmation by signature that the goods have been received by the person who placed the original order or their agent. Signature on receipt is an important part of the tracking process and helps to maintain security for the delivery of orders. For valuable items, orders will only be shipped to a confirmed address and where the recipient is able to sign for the delivery of the artwork. Orders for valuable items can not be shipped to a Post Office box or other address where it is not possible to confirm receipt by the person placing the order.

Please notify the artisan if your goods have not been received within twenty one days from the date of placement of the order.
