All published material available through the MyHotArt.com.au website shall be governed by My Hot Art’s policies on publishing, and should not violate any policy, regulation or law in relation to publishing content.
Beyond this, content must also remain appropriate, relevant, current, and of high quality in both content and information structure. Content should not promote promote racial hatred or any form of discrimination, illegal activities, infringe copyright, or bring MyHotArt.com.au into disrepute. Any content which contravenes My Hot Art publishing policy shall be removed promptly and without asking the Artist for an explanation, in some cases this may mean cancelation of your membership and forfeiture of fees paid or fees due to be paid(in the case of 6 month subscription). When Membership fees are forfeited due to a policy violation, No refund will be offered.
Should a member of the public notice material contravening the publishing policy of My hot art, the company asks the public to inform My Hot Art of the offending page with a direct link to the website. My Hot art will review the site and respond appropriately to the person submitting the web page for review.
Duties and obligations
The ‘owner’ of each page is responsible for content generation, accuracy, currency, and maintenance.
Authority
Individual authors of pages are responsible for content, disputes arising from content (or placement of content) who has overall responsibility for site management.
Archiving and Backup
It is the responsibility of the individual artist to ensure that suitable backups of the website are made and kept up to date to ensure recovery of online web pages in the event of a computer failure or crash
